First Trade (Trading with Solana Tap)

Once you’re logged in, making your first trade is simple: open your preferred supported terminal, then open Solana Tap and trade using the Tap overlay.

Step-by-step: your first trade

  1. Open your favourite supported terminal Go to any supported terminal:

  9. Confirm you’re logged in and select your account In the extension, ensure you’re signed in and select the challenge/funded account you want to trade on. [IMAGE PLACEHOLDER: Account selector / dashboard view inside extension] Caption: “Choose the account you want to trade.”

  10. Tap overlay appears on the terminal Once Tap detects the supported terminal, you’ll see the Solana Tap panel/overlay on the page. [IMAGE PLACEHOLDER: Tap overlay visible on the terminal] Caption: “Solana Tap injects an overlay panel onto the terminal.”

  11. Choose token + set trade details Set up your trade like you normally would (token, buy/sell, size). Optional settings (if enabled in your Tap panel): MEV protection, priority fees, Stop Loss, Take Profit.   12. Execute the trade Click Buy/Sell (or the equivalent action) and approve/confirm as prompted. Tap will handle execution using Solana Funded’s built-in wallet and then show a result/confirmation. If the overlay doesn’t appear

  • Refresh the page (hard refresh if needed)

  • Make sure the terminal is supported

  • Ensure Solana Tap is enabled in Chrome

  • Disable ad/script blockers on that terminal domain
